Mary G. Thielen age 95, of Melrose died Saturday, October 5, 2002 at Pine Villa Care Center in Melrose.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 2 p.m..Friday,
October 11, 2002 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in St. Joseph, MN with Rev.
Greg Miller officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call Friday at the church one hour prior
to the service.
Mary Thielen was born in New Munich to John and
Gertrude (Klassen) Thielen. She was a resident of California for 35 years. She
moved to Park View Center in Melrose and lived there from 1989 to 1995. She then
moved to Pine Villa care Center.
Survivors include her sister, Alma Gibbney of St.
Joseph; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Pete,
August, Math, Nick, infant brothers, James and Bernard Thielen; sisters, Annie
Bolfing, Sister Theresa Thielen, OSB, Veronica Skille and Florentine Koetter.

Melrose.
